What is the difference between the two lifts?+
The traditional lift offers a classic curled and polished result. The Korean technique is intended to create a more visible lift from the root. Your natural lashes and preferred finish will help determine the best option.
Will I need a patch test?+
Yes. A patch test must be completed at least 24 hours before your first treatment. We will contact you after your booking enquiry to arrange it and explain any simple preparation.
How long will the result last?+
Results vary according to your natural lash cycle, individual lashes and aftercare. We will explain how to look after your lift so you can enjoy it at its best.
Where is the studio?+
The Lash Edit is a private home studio in East Grinstead. Parking is available, and the full address and arrival details are shared privately once your appointment is confirmed.
How do deposits and cancellations work?+
A £15 deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the final treatment price. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange; otherwise the deposit will be retained.
Who can book a treatment?+
Treatments are available to clients aged 18 and over. Every new client completes a consultation before treatment so we can check suitability and answer any questions.
When are appointments available?+
Appointments are available by prior booking, including selected evenings and weekends. Current availability will be shown through the booking system once it is connected.
What if I am nervous or unsure?+
